Which Instagram content can I use?

Public Instagram posts with a downloadable video or photo. A photo carousel posts up to 4 images; Stories are not included. Posts you write yourself, with text and up to 4 images, join the same queue. Scan estimates depend on available posts. Daily posting limits apply to any rolling 24 hours. If AI captions are unavailable, we use your Instagram caption.
